With yesterday’s boundary still doing its job, you can press the advantage and turn a negotiation into a clear win rather than a prolonged back‑and‑forth. The pivot is the Sun at 24.08° Libra sextile Jupiter at 22.32° Leo (orb 1.77°), giving your pitch extra reach and making confidence read as competence, not bravado. When the landlord’s agent floats a ‘small’ rent increase in exchange for fixing nothing, counter with a longer lease at the current rate plus a dated repairs schedule in writing.
